Client Services open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Diagnostic submission receiving is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 12 noon.

A submission dropoff box accepts samples 24-hours a day.

• Juneteenth (open till noon with limited services)
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Friday after Thanksgiving (open till noon with limited services)
• Christmas Eve (open till noon with limited services)
• Christmas Day

Emergency on-call pathology service is available except on New Year’s, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Limited service means that the Receiving section will be here until approximately 12:00 pm to process drop-off and mail-in specimens. Samples will be routed to the appropriate sections for testing. While some testing may occur during limited service hours, most will be processed on the next business day. Please contact the laboratory with any questions.
