We wanted to inform you of changes to our fee schedule that begin on July 1, 2026.  The lab has embarked on a process of re-working our test catalog in order to re-establish budgetary balance. We remain committed to keeping testing affordable for our clients but also must be realistic about what it takes to maintain our services. While many prices have gone up, some have gone down.  We have also discontinued several low volume tests in our Molecular section.  Updated submission forms will be available on our website on July 1, 2026.  They have a new look and will accurately reflect the available testing for the VDL.  Please use the most up-to-date submission forms when requesting services. Please discard hard copies and delete bookmarks or electronic files of older versions of submission forms. This will help ensure rapid and correct processing of your testing.
